Llanllugan now behind him

Made it past Llanllugan today and heading for Abbeycwmhir tomorrow. This is the burial place of Llewellyn the Last. If all goes well will press on to Llandrindod Wells.

First bit of light rain today, nice and fresh. Leg muscles seem to have given up complaining as they are getting use to the exercise, although it is much flatter and easier. Feet are great.
Met a Methodist family from Yorshire who are buying a property in Llanllugan and gave a donation. Apparently he did a project on the Cistercians for his A Levels many years ago.

Mary had a communion in the parish church of LLanfair Caereinion. Methodist Minister is looking after them. (Peter Williams). Graciously offered a caravan to stay if required.

I am making an early start again 6.00a.m.
These Methodists get everywhere!   The leg muscles should now be no problem as you walk along because you have crossed the pain barrier.   Watch the feet as all diabetics should do!   Hope the rest day doesn't prove to be a problem with stiff muscles etc!   Keep going Alf - we're all with you!
