"Completed the 24 miles yesterday, pretty stiff today and sunburnt, despite the sunblock. Lost 7lbs so far and my blood sugars have dropped from 15.7 to 8.8 so am not taking metformin. Easier trip today from St Asaph to Basingwerk (Holywell)"
