Alf passes through Colwyn Bay and Llandudno

Here is Alf's message today:   "Got to Holywell quite easily so pressed on to make it easier for tomorrow. I quite believe that if all the hills in Wales were flattened then Wales would be bigger than England.   No blisters but legs stiff, early to bed tonight, good rest easier day tomorrow."

I think this is the point in exercise where the stiffness seems to be the most noticeable sympton and that following this the body starts to push itself relatively comfortably.   Note the word, relatively!   This is the hump over which the body has to get before it truly feels to be coping with exercise.   At least this is what I tell myself in the gym!!!

Alf, just take it carefully and then you will get into fifth gear and really achieve your goal.
