Another early start that was worth the effort. Reached Llantarnum nice and early.
Sisters showed me around and gave me a history of the Abbey. She was one of the original sisters when the abbey opened in 1947.
Stopped on the way by a Sky installer, he had seen me yesterday and wanted to know what I was doing with a shell on my head.
Loads of ducks and ducklings on the tow path.
Heading for Penrhys tomorrow, weather fine.
